The location of farm that caused unrest until it was protested was in Cilingga Hamlet, Nambo Village, Cimanggu District, Cilacap Regency, Central Java. Even a group of residents from local village reported matter to DLH (Environmental Agency) and submitted a letter that had been given a stamp duty 6000.

Some local residents even expressed their frustration with establishment of laying hens in middle of their settlement. Until someone shares it on social media timeline.

The letter or minutes have been signed by local RT and RW dated 11 April 2020 yesterday. It is known, on December 17, 2018, a similar thing also happened in Cimanggu, where people were worried because of chicken coop. Now same thing is also troubled again by residents in Cimanggu, even not only that, they uploaded this concern in timeline.

“Since beginning people of Cilingga Village, Cimanggu District, Cilacap Regency have refused existence of laying hens in Cilingga Village. The residents and owners of ranch agreed to close and no longer use these ranches with a deadline from 17 December 2018 to 17 May 2019. But until now farm is still operating and owner is not obeying agreement made. ” Said owner of mawarmelati account on his own Instagram.

Based on his report, residents expressed objections to laying hens that stood in middle of residential areas. In letter also explained that consequences have an impact on air pollution and also disrupt health and odors caused.

Responding to this, Deputy Regent of Cilacap, Syamsul Auliya Rachman then commented on it. “Today (Tuesday, 4/14) PP Sat Pol has come to owner of laying hens. And according to SOP, owner is called to come to PP Pol to conduct Verification on Monday.” Syamsul said. (Hasan)

He was swept away in Cikawung river and was found dead in a condition by Joint Sar Team in a floating condition.

The search for drift of Suparno took 3 (three) days by conducting a sweep on banks of Cikawung Cimanggu River.

A number of Joint Sar Teams are looking for him with equipment that has been provided.

In this activity a number of elements helped to conduct searches and sweeping including Basarnas Cilacap, Cimanggu Koramil, Cimanggu Police Sector, BPBD Majenang, and a number of humanitarian volunteers.

Head of Basarnas Cilacap Search and Rescue Office (KPP), I Nyoman Sidakarya, said that victim was found on Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at approximately 09.00 WIB.

“After three days of sweeping along Cikawung river, victim was found dead, victim was found floating about 25 kilometers from scene .” Said I Nyoman Sidakarya.

Nyoman said victim discovery was found in Bantar river which had entered Cilacap Wanareja District.

“The victim was found dead, precisely at bridge of Bantar River, Bantam District, + 25 Kilometer District, and then victim was immediately taken to funeral home”, he explained.

After finding victim, continued Nyoman, SAR operation was immediately closed and Combined SAR Elements returned to their respective units. (Ayu)

The incident resulted in a man named Suparno being swept away in Cikawung river, Cimanggu District, Cilacap Regency on Sunday 22 March 2020 at around 08.00 WIB this morning.

He was washed away when he wanted to go to fields, while location of fields that victim was going to have to go through river, victim crossed river.

But unlucky experienced by suparno, a resident of Bantarpanjang Village RT 04 RW 08 Cimanggu District Cilacap Regency, Central Java. He was swept away by cikawung river which at that time, water of Cikawung river was in a high state.

The incident was known by residents and continued by relevant parties, in this case Babinsa Korim Cimanggu and Mulyono. Then he continued matter of report to Cilacap Search and Rescue Office (KPP).

Head of Basarnas KPP Cilacap, I Nyoman Sidakarya explained, getting report his party immediately dispatched a number of Sar Gabungan TEAM personnel.

“After learning news, we immediately dispatched a team and complete equipment in water. Such as Rescue Car Carrier, Rubber Boat, Communication Equipment and other supporting tools to support search.” Nyoman explained.

Still I Nyoman Sidakarya, that possibility of his team arrived at location approximately 12 noon. The reason is location of KPP Cilacap to location of incident, which took about 2 hours.

“The location of incident was in Cikawung River, Tameng Hamlet, Bantarpanjang District, Cimanggu District, Cilacap Regency, from here (KPP) journey took 120 minutes.” He explained. (Hasan)
