Cilacap.info English – Fans of comic Boruto: Naruto next generations were shocked by Kurama death. Boruto Chapter 55 which was released on Friday, February 19, 2021 at 22:00 WIB starting with Naruto unconscious, and Kawaki, Sasuke, Boruto who were beside him worried about Naruto condition.
Naruto thought that he had died due to influence of Baryon Mode, then spoke with Kyuubi Kurama.
But Kurama said that Naruto was still alive but in a state of unconsciousness.
“I came to say goodbye, in case you are wondering, this is our last conversation. So I’ll talk while I can.” Kurama said.
Naruto then thanked Kurama for being beside him for years.
Naruto said that even though he didn’t have a father and mother, he was happy that Kurama was with him all time.
Dialogue back to Kurama, nine tailed fox said that bond between himself and Naruto is quite strong.
So that he managed to activate Baryon Mode to fight Isshiki Otsutsuki.
Conversation back to Naruto, he says that it is not over yet there is a Village to protect.
However, Kurama said that Naruto had to finish it himself from now on.
Not only that, Kurama also explained that usually when a Bijū is extracted from his Jinchūriki, Jinchūriki will die.
But not so with Naruto.
Naruto will not die because only Bijū chakra is depleted, in contrast to Bijū extracted from Jinchūriki.
“The risk of Baryon Mode is my life, not yours (Naruto). I lied to you.” Kurama said.
The reason is still said Kurama, if he told truth, then Naruto would not agree to plan. Therefore he had to lie to Naruto.
“Naruto take care of yourself and be careful, because now your body doesn’t have any Jinchūriki powers anymore.” Kurama said before leaving.
Naruto then woke up and saw Boruto hugging him and right beside him was Sasuke. Not long after, Kawaki woke up.
Naruto and Sasuke then talked about how Naruto recklessness almost made him die.
Meanwhile, Kawaki wanted to go home and discuss incident, Naruto also asked Boruto to use his Karma.
Namely to open space-time portal so they can all return to Konoha.
Boruto looks at Sasuke but Sasuke says that his Rinnegan is useless now.
Boruto also remembers that it was because of him being controlled by Momoshiki.
“This is reality, and it not your fault. We’re doing this fight with choice of death. It lucky we’re still alive.” Sasuke said.
The panel switches, Code gets up from his sleep, observes Jūbi and checks if everything is normal.
Code later reveals that he is also Isshiki Ōtsutsuki Container, but a Failed Container.
“This karma is failure. Unlike Kawaki, I can never become a Container”. Code muttered.
Suddenly Isshiki appeared from Karma Code which surprised him.
Isshiki also said that his soul will die soon but will of Ōtsutsuki will never stop.
Where is Code still hopeful who is his loyal servant, and Code will inherit Ōtsutsuki power and will carry out Isshiki will.
Code must feed Kawaki and Boruto to Jūbi and grow a Shinju Tree (God Tree).
Ishiki tells Code that he must become “One and Only God”, he must eat Chakra Fruit from God Tree and become new Ōtsutsuki.
Code and Isshiki dialogue ends with Code saying “From bottom of my heart, I want to get rid of people who kidnapped you.” Code word.
The panel switches, Boruto activates his Karma and tries to open space-time portal but it doesn’t seem like it works.
Kawaki then said that Karma Boruto was weak.
And he also argued that Boruto was afraid to use his Karmic powers because Momoshiki might be able to take over again.
“Are you afraid … he will rise?”. Kawaki said to Boruto.
Kawaki also said that his Karma was gone, while Boruto Karma was still intact.
“I will lose your Karma myself. I will definitely do something about it”. Kawaki said.
Kawaki doesn’t have Karma anymore but he still 80% Ōtsutsuki.
Then both (Boruto and Kawaki) then simultaneously use power of Karma.
And they finally managed to open space-time portal to return to Konoha.
Sasuke immediately grabbed Naruto and ran towards space-time portal which would only last a few seconds.
Meanwhile at Konoha, Shikamaru was worried about outcome of fight as he still hadn’t received any updates.
But suddenly, Shikamaru got a signal indicating that Boruto, Kawaki, Naruto and Sasuke had returned to Konoha.
That because their chakra is detected by Yamanaka clan sensory team.
Where sensor team does not detect any other chakra.
This made Shikamaru quite happy and told others that they had defeated Ōtsutsuki.
Katasuke and Sumire were also excited, but Amado asked Kawaki.
Amado asks if he (Kawaki) is okay. When panel switched, it was seen Sumire staring at Amado.
It was as if he (Sumire) suspected Amado about something.
Shikamaru told medical team to hurry to scene as they were all badly injured.
“Apparently they are all injured, but they are fine. Anyway, let go to their location and take a closer look” Shikamaru said.
