“The suspect IW apart from being a seller of G-list drugs and psychotropic drugs, he also produces, sells and distributes synthetic tobacco and cannabis in various branded packages,” explained the Kapolresta.
For his actions, the suspect LW was threatened with Article 196 of RI Law No. 36 of 2009 concerning Health, namely that anyone who deliberately produces or distributes pharmaceutical preparations is subject to imprisonment for a maximum of 10 years and a fine of up to Rp. 1 billion.
The suspect IW was threatened with the Health and Psychotropic Law Article 114 paragraph (2) of RI Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics.
