Amado comments that Kawaki probably shouldn’t have behaved that way while he was being treated. Amado also noted that it was a good thing that Sumire looked brilliant and learned things so quickly that it would be a problem for her if she left. Kawaki replied that Amado must have been a proud person to have an assistant, since Sumire was Katasuke staff member.
Katasuke interjected that Sumire chose to do this of her own accord. Nobody is sure what to do about Kawaki body. When it comes to providing medical care, it would be better to have more than one capable person. Kawaki then looked back at Sumire.
He said that for now, he could only do simple things. But in future, he must have peace of mind. Sumire hopes that she will not be so badly injured that it requires her intervention. She started blushing and added that because Kawaki spent so much time with Boruto, he could also talk about all kinds of things about Boruto.
Kawaki then blankly asked if it was because he liked Boruto. His comments made Sumire blush even more and caused her to drop syringe in panic. He started to stutter and his heart was pounding then told Kawaki not to say things like that bluntly, and to keep this discussion just between two of them.
Katasuke nervously laughed it off: He felt that thing was pretty obvious to everyone. Kawaki didn’t seem to care one way or another and was just putting his jacket back on. Amado then changed topic. He thought that Kawaki progress was going well and that he wouldn’t have a big problem with his new arm from now on. However, that didn’t mean that Kawaki should neglect to take care of him on a regular basis. In fact, he also had to come next week. Kawaki took that as his cue to come out.
Amado called out to Kawaki again, but then stopped talking before Kawaki could turn around to face him. Forget it – Amado will only bring it up next time. Kawaki seemed a little confused about it. Boruto seems a little awkward as he continues to ignore interviewer narrative about him, but he finally gives up.
