The Minister of Agriculture hopes that agricultural production can accelerate to its maximum position, especially in welcoming arrival of third quarter. He wants all agricultural sub-sectors to have ability to meet needs of Indonesian people.
“In second quarter, food crops came out as winners. But I ask horticulture and others to show their energy. Once again, please sharpen direction of their work. Then make quick decisions and don’t let people starve,” he said.
“I ask you to work with focus and discipline. You have to know concrete steps of work. It great if you focus. Focus means you don’t play. No corruption and must serve,” he concluded.
